Busy, Fun, Relaxing May

Hi!

This is the reason I got to celebrate my first Mothers Day :)

I love these Ladies!! What a birthday gift to spend some time with them.

The Bean!

I love Flagstaff and the Harris's! The brother and I were so lucky to be invited to join them to see comedian Ron White. Yes, this is the only picture that turned out. It was a good time!

Travis and I got to go to the lake with the Crouches for a great relaxing day. Too bad they live so far away!

Come on... too cute!

The dude is holding the car seat hostage. His demands are few, but serious, and non-negotiable: kibble, ice cookies, scheduled outside time every day.

Well hey...

This is where I am mentally, on those days that suck...

This makes me happy ~

~but THIS makes me downright giddy.

We had lots of family over and it was a great day!

Storey fell asleep during her first Easter basket hunt ~ but she found it!

I got to relax at a Spring Training game with the Cowden's which was so very nice for a new mom.


There wasn't a lot of sleeping going on in the house this month...


...well for most of us.


Already contemplating life's big issues.

What big month we had. First car ride, first bath, first night in my new bed in my new home... the list goes on! But it all comes down to peace, love, and cupcakes.

Storey's Birthday!!

6:00am February 3, 2010 ~ We had no idea what the day would hold for us but we were really hopeful that we would meet our little girl today...


After a long day and lots of work - Here she is!! Born at 5:07pm
8 pounds 3 ounces... such a pretty and perfect shade of pink!

Merry Meatball TEN!

The fun hasn't stopped and Karie and Marcie prepared a slide show for this years festivities (I'll be working on getting it up here). Trish and Eric seemed to be having a good time.

Karie and I have been hosting Merry Meatball Madness for 10 years!! That is hard to believe! It's been so long that Tara, one of my former dance students, is all grown up now!

Uh - we've even inspired a Meat Madness board game and Kevin brought it for us to play! It's actually really fun.

Baby Shower!

Karie threw us a baby shower with a make-your-own-waffle bar.

Everything was so cute!

Stan the Afghan was there, of course!

And we got some really nice things!

ASU Football 2009

We didn't do as well as the Strauss' in game attendance this season. It was hot and being pregnant can make a girl tired!


This is what you call a portable grill... I was a doubter but my perfectly grilled hot dog convinced me otherwise.
